ABOUT THE POSITION
The Court is launching an exciting recruitment for a visionary Senior Enterprise Architect who will help shape the future of our enterprise technology platforms. This role offers the opportunity to lead modernization efforts across compute, storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and emerging AI infrastructure. You will influence engineering standards, guide long-term technology strategy, and collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the final filing date of this bulletin:
Note: Credit for experience is based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a prorate basis (e.g., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience). Overtime does not count toward additional credit.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced expertise in engineering enterprise-scale compute, storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and AI infrastructure within complex or highly regulated environments.
Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise compute platforms such as Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, and Cisco UCS, including firmware governance, hardware lifecycle planning, and workload performance optimization.
Deep proficiency designing and administering large-scale storage ecosystems (Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell), including SAN fabric engineering, NVMe-oF architectures, snapshot/replication strategy, and multi-tier data protection.
Significant experience engineering VMware vSphere environments and multi-hypervisor platforms (Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, KVM), with advanced Kubernetes cluster design including RBAC, namespace isolation, and GPU integration.
Proven ability to architect and operate hybrid Azure environments using Azure Arc, ExpressRoute, AKS, and Azure Site Recovery, with strong governance practices around workload placement, cost optimization, and subscription management.
Advanced understanding of datacenter fabric design, including leaf-spine architectures, east-west traffic engineering, Fibre Channel zoning, and high-performance interconnects supporting virtualized and storage-heavy workloads.
Hands-on experience engineering GPU-accelerated AI inferencing platforms (DGX, HGX, A-series/H-series GPUs), including NVLink/NVMe design, parallel file systems, and Kubernetes-based GPU Operator deployments.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise engineering standards, vendor evaluations, and modernization roadmaps, with the ability to influence executives, guide cross-functional teams, and drive long-term infrastructure strategy.

MegaFlex Benefit Plan
Benefits may be purchased using a tax-free monthly benefits allowance of 14.5% or 17% of the employees monthly salary or $1,300.00, whichever is greater.
