Compensation:
Pay Range: $170,000-$200,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
• Join our team in a full-time role based in Charlotte, NC. 
• As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will lead architectural strategies and solutions, aligning technology with business goals. 
• The role demands expertise in enterprise systems, cloud and hybrid architecture, and the integration of AI and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture across various domains.
• Provide leadership and guidance on architectural decisions for major initiatives.
• Establish governance models and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Review and approve solution designs, focusing on reusability and alignment.
• Drive the evolution of platform capabilities and evaluate emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Strong background in designing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
• Proficiency in data, integration, and platform architectures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
