While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a professional office environment with periodic field visits to construction sites and other City facilities. Duties may require travel throughout the City to inspect projects, gather information, and meet with contractors or the public.
The noise level in the office environment is generally quiet to moderate. The City maintains a smoke-free workplace.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, May require occasional overtime as needed
