This is a full‑time, in‑person position.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors.Support internal and external cash flow management for the project.Ensure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions.Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews.Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging.Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission.Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience.Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
