- Exposure to AI/Copilot technologies
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security processes
- Prior work experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries

- Power Platform / Copilot Studio exposure
- Experience with AI Agents, data connectors, and grounding concepts
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support AI capabilities within the M365 ecosystem
- Implement and maintain solutions built with Copilot Studio and related services
- Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, and business partners
- Evaluate new AI features and assess enterprise applicability
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides
