Job Description: This is not a general mechanical engineering role. We are looking for someone who understands the full lifecycle of compressor packaging — from concept and application engineering through fabrication, vibration mitigation, field operability, and reliability optimization.
What We’re Looking For: Required Experience:
10+ years of experience in:
Gas compression packaging
Reciprocating compressor systems
Gas engine-driven compressor packages
Strong knowledge of:
Various reciprocating compressor OEM's
CAT, Waukesha, or Cummins gas engines
Pulsation and vibration considerations
ASME piping and pressure vessel design
Compressor station operations
Mechanical package integration
Experience supporting both:
Engineering design
Manufacturing/fabrication execution
Demonstrated experience solving real-world field reliability and operational issues
