Title: Senior Engineer – AI 
Location: Remote

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in enterprise AI development. strategy and operational transformation.

Responsibilities :

• Senior Engineer level experience building and operating production software systems.
• Ability to develop enterprise applications (Azure, Container Services, web Hosting, API calls, etc.)
• Develop enterprise applications (Azure, Container Services, web Hosting, API calls, etc.)
• Implement AI tools
• Develop and build LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design.
• Integrate external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

Qualifications:

• Senior Engineer level experience building and operating production software systems.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Ability to be independent to build applications.
• Strong Python development skills with backend and/or full-stack application experience.
• Azure experience required, including Azure-native services and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design.
• Hands-on RAG experience required, including retrieval patterns, vector search, knowledge grounding, and evaluation.
• Experience integrating external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Familiarity with modern AI application frameworks and tooling (e.g. MCP/tool integrations, multi agent architectures).
• Strong database and SQL experience, with the ability to design scalable data models and services.
• Proven systems thinker who can take ambiguous business problems from concept through production deployment.
• Cloud AI fundamentals (Azure) Certification; nice to have
• Digital Transformation Leadership Certification; nice to have
• Familiar with enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI productivity platforms.
• Ability to develop enterprise applications (Azure, Container Services, web Hosting, API calls, etc.)
