Job Title: Senior Engagement Lead / Technology Risk Lead
Location(s): Chicago, IL

Core Objective
Senior consulting leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of an ETS technology-risk engagement, overseeing two workstreams:
- ETS Risk Posture Framework
- KCI design for 71 key technology controls
The person will be the single point of accountability for delivery, client management, quality, governance, commercial performance, and milestone acceptance.
Must-Have Requirements
- Senior-level experience leading technology risk, cybersecurity risk, GRC, controls, or risk-transformation consulting engagements.
- Proven ownership of complex fixed-fee programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
- Strong technology controls and risk-management expertise.
- Hands-on understanding of KCI/KRI design and risk frameworks.
- Experience with governance, controls monitoring, and technical implementation handoffs.
- Strong experience with:
- RAID management
- Dependency management
- Change control
- Deliverable acceptance
- Customer/stakeholder management
- Commercial risk management
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a large regulated financial-services organization.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across technology risk, controls, data, and technical domains.
Preferred
- Global banking experience, especially enterprise/global-bank environments.
- Technology-risk posture or controls-monitoring program experience.
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, PMP, or equivalent.
