The attorney in this role will take a leading position on sophisticated regulatory work, including: CPCN permitting for solar, battery energy storage, and fossil fuel generation projects Utility rate cases and other major contested proceedings before the Maryland Public Service Commission Regulatory and policy matters, including Commission rulemakings and legislative initiatives in Annapolis Cutting-edge issues such as interconnection, energy storage, community solar, and net energy metering This position offering substantial client contact, first-chair responsibility in contested proceedings, and a meaningful role in shaping and growing the practice.
