Responsibilities:

• The Senior Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization.

 
Requirements:

• Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable
• With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
• This position requires 6-8 years’ experience.
