Senior Enablement Program Lead – NVIDIA AI Factory

Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Enablement Program Lead to design and manage a global technical enablement program preparing engineering teams to deploy, optimize, and support NVIDIA AI Factory solutions. Lead strategy, training paths, certification, deployment readiness, learning-platform integration, reporting, and executive governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own global AI Factory technical readiness and enablement strategy for ~80–100 engineers.
- Develop/manage learning paths covering GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA networking, AI infrastructure validation, cluster deployment, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NVAIE) enablement including architecture, deployment, L1/L2 support, troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and RCA.
- Manage certification, technical validation, hands-on labs, exam readiness, and skills tracking.
- Establish deployment shadowing/readiness from observation → supervised delivery → independent delivery.
- Integrate NVIDIA learning paths into Lenovo learning platforms and manage role-based learning journeys.
- Coordinate global workshops, training vouchers, manufacturing enablement, deployment shadowing, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Partner with NVIDIA, Engineering, Sales, L&D, Manufacturing, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and scalable global enablement processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in technical enablement/program management for complex technology or infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with AI infrastructure, NVIDIA technologies, data centers, GPU compute, networking, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience managing technical training/enablement programs, certifications, labs, and learning platforms.
- Strong program management, stakeholder coordination, KPI reporting, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing global/cross-functional programs and engineering readiness.
