Title: Senior Employment Attorney
Location: Remote (Must currently reside / be based in California)
Compensation: $170k to $250k
About the Role
We are in search of a Senior Employment Attorney to oversee employment litigation matters and provide expert legal guidance on complex workplace disputes. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team of attorneys. Your day-to-day work will include conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in employment law proceedings.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including handling workplace disputes and advising clients
- Four + years of experience in Employment Litigation, including managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Strong skills in writing and filing motions and other legal documentation
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal cases, including high-value claims
- CA Bar license mandatory; NY Bar license is a plus
