POSITION OVERVIEW
As a
Senior Electronics Design Engineer, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Develop electronic hardware solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.
- Bring electronic hardware designs from concept through testing and implementation.
- Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Support technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviews.
- Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements.
- Develop engineering test requirements and unit-, subsystem-, and system-level test plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

Senior Electronics Design Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systems.
- Demonstrated experience designing electronic hardware products from concept through testing and implementation.
- Strong experience in circuit design.
- Experience with PCB development and hardware design.
- Familiarity with embedded hardware, system integration, or hardware verification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience working throughout the product development lifecycle.
