  • Salary: $87,264 - $109,080 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end EDI implementations, managing customer onboarding, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure successful integrations and operational stability
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Onboarding, Master Data, customers, and third-party vendors to expand EDI adoption, support integration activities, and drive automation opportunities
  • Monitor EDI transaction performance and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy, minimize business disruption, and maintain service levels
  • Analyze transaction data, error trends, and root causes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the efficiency and reliability of EDI processes
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide visibility into transaction volumes, onboarding progress, and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal data standards by validating EDI mappings, document configurations, and integration processes
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor''s Degree in information technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field or 1 to 2 years of experience supporting EDI operations, integrations, and customer onboarding or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
  • Experience working with EDI transaction management, document mapping, data validation, and issue resolution
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders, external customers, and third-party vendors to support EDI implementations and ongoing operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP, and related order-to-cash processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting EDI operations, integrations, and customer onboarding
  • Experience in the beverage, food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related distribution industries
