Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that requires relocation to Nevada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically with electrical projects.

This role is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical projects from ground up. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership, client relationship management, estimation, purchasing, and strategic planning. Experience in design-build, industrial projects, and data centers is also highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct accurate project estimation and purchasing activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with other project managers and team members to ensure project success.
  • Manage design-build processes for industrial projects and data centers.
  • Address any issues or problems that may arise during the project, providing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, client relationship management, estimation, purchasing, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with design-build processes, industrial projects, and data centers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
  • Willingness to relocate to Nevada.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
