Senior Electrical Project Manager

I'm currently partnering with a leading electrical contractor in the mission-critical and data centre construction space to find experienced Senior Electrical Project Managers to join their rapidly growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale hyperscale data centre and infrastructure projects with a company experiencing major expansion and long-term project growth across the U.S.

Project Locations:

• El Paso, TX
• Santa Teresa, NM
• Haskell, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from commencement through completion
• Manage all financial aspects including labor forecasting, budgets, billings, and profitability
• Lead project teams and coordinate with Superintendents, field operations, and subcontractors
• Develop schedules, procurement plans, and material tracking processes
• Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and project documentation
• Maintain strong client, GC, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
• Strong background in mission-critical/data centre or large-scale electrical construction projects
• Experience managing complex electrical scopes and fast-paced construction environments
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change orders
• Experience coordinating directly with field operations and construction management teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Outlook, and related construction software

Nice to Have:

• Mission-critical or data centre experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience leading large project teams
• Strong business development and client relationship management abilities
