Description
Senior Electrical Engineer
This Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic components and hardware systems
- Executing engineering projects involving electromechanical systems, power distribution, vacuum systems, high voltage, controls, robotics, and safety technologies.
- Ensuring adherence to engineering development processes, schedules, reviews, and validation plans
- Providing electrical engineering support to internal design teams and offshore engineering groups
- Analyzing equipment performance and conducting experimental testing to evaluate results
- Ensuring designs meet safety, industry, and customer requirements
- Selecting electrical components and equipment based on technical analysis and reliability requirements
- Reviewing supplier capabilities to support product development initiatives

A Successful Senior Electrical Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of electrical or electronic hardware design experience
- Experience conducting technical design reviews
- Experience managing engineering change processes
- Knowledge of systems engineering, high-voltage, RF power, PCB design, or power distribution
- Proficiency with Altium, PADS, and PSpice
- Experience with Creo Schematic, Creo Cabling, AutoCAD, or Windchill preferred
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience preferred
