Senior Electrical Engineer

This Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic components and hardware systems
  • Executing engineering projects involving electromechanical systems, power distribution, vacuum systems, high voltage, controls, robotics, and safety technologies.
  • Ensuring adherence to engineering development processes, schedules, reviews, and validation plans
  • Providing electrical engineering support to internal design teams and offshore engineering groups
  • Analyzing equipment performance and conducting experimental testing to evaluate results
  • Ensuring designs meet safety, industry, and customer requirements
  • Selecting electrical components and equipment based on technical analysis and reliability requirements
  • Reviewing supplier capabilities to support product development initiatives

A Successful Senior Electrical Engineer will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of electrical or electronic hardware design experience
  • Experience conducting technical design reviews
  • Experience managing engineering change processes
  • Knowledge of systems engineering, high-voltage, RF power, PCB design, or power distribution
  • Proficiency with Altium, PADS, and PSpice
  • Experience with Creo Schematic, Creo Cabling, AutoCAD, or Windchill preferred
  • Semiconductor capital equipment experience preferred
