Required Education & Experience:

- Proficiency in engineering software applications.
- In-depth understanding of industry codes, standards, and quality assurance/control methodologies.
- Proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams, along with experience in staff training, development, and mentoring.
- Skilled in technical writing and proposal development.
