Federal Proposal & Marketing Coordinator (SF330 Focus)

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite initially, hybrid flexibility possible)

Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential Extension

An established and growing Architecture & Engineering firm with a strong federal portfolio is seeking a Federal Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to support high-priority pursuits with agencies such as USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA, DOI, and other federal clients. The role is heavily focused on SF330 proposal production, compliance management, and federal pursuit support.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves working at the intersection of strategy, technical writing, graphics, compliance, and business development.

What You"ll Be Doing

Federal Proposal Development

• Lead production and coordination of SF330 Part I submissions.
• Build and maintain proposal compliance matrices.
• Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, past performance information, and teaming partner content.
• Tailor submissions to agency evaluation criteria and solicitation requirements.

Marketing & Communications

• Develop SOQs, capability statements, brochures, project sheets, and presentation materials.
• Maintain proposal libraries, resume databases, and marketing content.
• Support award submissions and other business development initiatives.

Compliance & Coordination

• Review and format subconsultant content.
• Track proposal requirements and deadlines.
• Support PPQ and past-performance collection efforts.
• Help ensure submissions comply with federal A/E procurement requirements.

What We"re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proposal, marketing, or business development experience within an Architecture, Engineering, or AEC environment.
• Experience supporting SF330 federal proposals.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience working with technical staff, project managers, architects, engineers, and teaming partners.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced proposal environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting pursuits for USACE, VA, NAVFAC, AFCEC, GSA, DOI, or similar agencies.
• Understanding of FAR Part 36 and Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) environments.
• CPSM, LEED Green Associate, or other AEC-industry certifications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
