Senior Electrical EngineerRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This is a dual role requiring both client management ("seller-doer") and project design responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, and executing electrical engineering tasks for a diverse portfolio of projects, including electrification, battery electric vehicle charging systems, transit facilities, academic institutions, and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals and project fees.
- Manage project portfolios and oversee project execution.
- Perform engineering design and production for medium voltage systems and power distribution.
- Provide guidance and training to junior engineers.
- Certify and seal project work professionally.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 15+ years of electrical engineering experience in the consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 (can go up to $155,000 for exceptional candidates).
- Bonus potential: 10%.
