Independently handle project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Design, build, and assess both rapid and traditional prototypes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop product specifications, craft test plans, and produce verification documentation. Conduct feasibility analyses, competitive evaluations, and design validations. Troubleshoot complex issues during development stages and post-production. Generate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) while maintaining comprehensive engineering records. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers in manufacturing, operations, and capacity planning. Relocation options are available.
