Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote

Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities for an exciting opportunity in Dallas, Texas.
The ideal candidate must have a valid Texas PE license, hands-on Revit experience, and a strong background in commercial electrical engineering projects.
The client is looking for an individual who can lead the Electrical Engineering discipline, build a local team, support business development, and grow into a future Director-level role.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Electrical Engineering discipline in Dallas.
Oversee electrical engineering projects and technical deliverables.
Support team development and department growth.
Participate in client meetings and business development activities.
Establish and maintain client relationships.
Help expand the local engineering presence.
Required Skills:
Valid Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License – Mandatory.
Hands-on Autodesk Revit experience – Mandatory.
Commercial electrical engineering project experience – Mandatory.
Strong technical and project leadership skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Dallas Monday through Thursday.
Preferred Skills:
Government project experience.
Business development and marketing experience.
Client relationship management.
Team development and leadership experience.
Interest in growing into a Director-level position.
