In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, evaluation, and deployment of cutting-edge electrical systems across diverse projects. You will ensure all work aligns with industry benchmarks and client expectations, taking ownership of medium to large scale projects, and occasionally assuming the role of project manager.
**Key Qualifications:**
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is mandatory, though consideration may be given to candidates with EIT status depending on experience.
- A minimum of 9 years of escalating experience within the AEC domain, especially in healthcare or higher educational settings.
- Mastery of engineering software tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, standards, and quality assurance/control measures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams, facilitate staff development, and mentor junior engineers.
- Proficiency in technical writing, including the ability to contribute to proposals.
