Join a progressive engineering consultancy as a key member of our Healthcare division, where you'll spearhead electrical design initiatives for healthcare facilities. In this Cincinnati-based role, you'll leverage your extensive expertise in healthcare facility electrical systems to provide leadership in project execution and client engagement. Your contributions will ensure our projects meet stringent healthcare standards and exceed client expectations.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a thorough comprehension of healthcare codes, standards, and regulations, making them adept at collaborating across various teams, including clients and project stakeholders. Your role will also include participating in business development through proposal writing and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute detailed designs for electrical distribution in healthcare environments.
- Lead the design of essential systems such as emergency power, generators, UPS, and lightning protection.
- Prepare engineering evaluations, technical documentation, and calculation reports.
- Conduct electrical analyses, including voltage drop and arc flash studies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts with mechanical, architectural, and construction professionals.
- Uphold compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Foster long-term client relationships and engage in development activities.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and PE licensure in Ohio (or ability to obtain).
- Over 10 years of expertise in healthcare facility electrical design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and other relevant codes.
- Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship management abilities.

Preferred:
- Experience with multi-state PE registration and advanced healthcare infrastructure projects.

Travel and Work Conditions:
- Expect up to 25% domestic travel.
- Engage actively at construction sites where necessary.
