Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Department Manager

An established MEP consulting engineering firm in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead its electrical department.

What you'll do:

- Lead the electrical department, including staffing, workload planning, mentoring, and QA/QC

- Oversee power, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency system design across the firm's projects

- Own client relationships and support proposals and fees

What you bring:

- BS in Electrical Engineering

- Active PE license

- 15+ years of building electrical design experience at a consulting firm

- Prior supervisory or department leadership experience
