Requirements: Seven or more experience developing designs and preparing specifications of Electrical power distribution systems and other building related electrical equipment (lighting, fire alarms, wiring, building communications, etc.). With in-house Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, all aspects of a project can be designed and managed by one firm.

Description:
Urgent need for a senior-level Electrical Engineer to design and prepare specifications for Electrical power distribution systems and other building related electrical equipment. Should have experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use and residential design.

Requirements:

• Seven or more experience developing designs and preparing specifications of Electrical power distribution systems and other building related electrical equipment (lighting, fire alarms, wiring, building communications, etc.)
• MUST be a PE.
• Prepare markups and changes for electrical-related equipment
• Perform code reviews
• Assist in obtaining equipment specifications from equipment vendors
• Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, conduct site visits, and field inspections as required
• Computer and CAD proficiency.

Education:
BS Electrical Engineering; MUST be a licensed PE.
