Description

Job Summary:
  • Senior Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Developer for Hybrid Assignment in Washington, DC and our ideal candidate would have 16+ years of experience in requirements gathering and software application development, along with 16+ years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle. Additionally, the candidate should possess 8+ years of experience in D365 CRM and Portal Development and 3+ years of experience in MS Power Platform Development.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and Azure cloud services. This role requires an on-site presence four days a week.
  • Applicants must possess strong analytical skills and a strategic business mindset to drive projects and deliver robust Dynamics CRM/365 solutions that add value to our program staff. They should have experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365 and planning and implementing solutions to meet organizational needs. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain strong relationships with program staff throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.
Required Experience:
  • Skilled in Azure AD, Azure App Services, API development, Portals, and Azure Data Lakes/Warehouses.
  • Expertise in Custom Workflow Activity, Plugin (C#), Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps, and Power Platform development.
  • Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements and develop wireframes/mockups.
  • Create functional requirements and design for customizations.
  • Accurately estimate the level of effort for implementation tasks.
  • Installation, setup, and configuration of Dynamics 365 and associated Apps.
  • Create technical documentation of client Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Review the developer-proposed implementation and identify efficient designs.
  • Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the agency's needs, including verifying that the policies/restrictions are in place.
  • Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations.
  • Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to perform code reviews to ensure that the solutions align with pre-defined architecture/design or Microsoft-recommended best practices for the Power Platform.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.
