    We are seeking a Senior Director, Value Delivery and Execution Lead who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that strategic priorities are delivered with discipline, speed, and impact. Reporting to the Senior Director, Planning and Value Delivery, this role is responsible for orchestrating execution across complex portfolios, aligning cross‑functional teams, and embedding robust governance, tracking, and value realization practices.

    This opportunity is ideal for a strategic operator who excels at connecting planning to outcomes, thrives in matrixed environments, and leverages data, digital tools, and emerging technologies-including artificial intelligence-to drive performance. You will act as a catalyst for execution excellence, ensuring that key initiatives deliver against defined objectives while continuously improving how work gets done across the system.

    What You'll Do for Us

    Strategy Execution & Delivery

    • Lead the end-to-end business planning process for the Global Digital Network and System Digital Council with close collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Center FP&A.

    • Translate strategic plans into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and stakeholders

    • Connect all initiatives back to TCCC Long Range Plan and Annual Business Plan priorities with measurable outcomes and clear value metrics towards driving these goals

    Governance & Operating Model

    • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including cadence, reporting, and decision‑making structures, to drive accountability and transparency

    • Enable effective prioritization across competing initiatives by assessing impact, resource allocation, and organizational capacity

    • Closely align governance with Company business planning routines and calendar.

    Performance & Value Realization

    • Drive value realization by defining, measuring, and reporting on key performance indicators, ensuring initiatives deliver expected business outcomes. Steward scorecard reporting across all Digital Domains, prioritizing Product and Global Engineering (RGM, Innovation, Intelligent Enterprise for year 1).

    • Facilitate executive‑level updates and insights, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership

    Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Leadership

    • Partner with cross‑functional, cross-OU leaders to track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and obstacles to delivery

    • Build and sustain strong relationships across stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment in a matrixed environment

    Digital, Data & Insights Enablement

    • Leverage data analytics, digital tools, and artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance visibility, forecasting, and decision‑making

    Continuous Improvement, Change & Capability Building

    • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, streamline execution, and embed best practices

    • Support change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes, tools, and ways of working

    • Mentor and guide teams in execution excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and results orientation

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Strategy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

    • 10+ years of experience in strategy execution, program management, operations, or value delivery within a global or matrixed organization

    • Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from planning through execution and value realization

    • Strong financial acumen, including experience defining and tracking value creation metrics and business impact

    • Strong expertise in governance design, performance tracking, and operational excellence methodologies

    • Advanced data literacy & curiosity, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and synthesize data into insights that inform decision‑making

    • Demonstrated experience leveraging digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve execution and reporting

    • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and drive outcomes without direct authority

    • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and ways of working

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages for different audiences

    • High level of adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced, evolving environments

    • Commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices, with an understanding of how value delivery aligns with long‑term impact

    United States of America: 202,000 USD - 229,000 USD

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
