The Senior Director of Supply Chain will own the supply chain strategy and organization end-to-end. They will manage a complex multi-category strategy, build and maintain supplier relationships, and enable schedule discipline, team development, and the
systems and processes required to make the function a highly effective operational asset. This person will build the supply chain organization that matches our rapidly scaling deployment strategy.
This role coordinates incredibly closely with Engineering, Construction, and Operations, and the right leader will have a deep understanding of those disciplines, a track record of leading high-performance teams in complex operating environments, and a dedication to cross functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience building supply chains for complex hardware-driven organizations who view supply chain as a core competitive operational advantage rather than an administrative function.
