Position Overview

The company is seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Sourcing to play a pivotal leadership role within our global supply chain organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sourcing, this individual will serve as a key partner in shaping and executing sourcing strategy across the enterprise.

This role is designed for a leader with the ambition, capability, and mindset to grow into the Vice President of Sourcing position. As such, we are looking for someone who not only executes at a high level, but who brings the tenacity, energy, and entrepreneurial drive to build, evolve, and continuously improve how sourcing operates.

The ideal candidate is not reliant on legacy playbooks—they are excited to build their own, challenge the status quo, and create scalable, forward-looking sourcing strategies that support long-term growth.

This is an on-site position in Lodi, NJ.
