Position Summary...
The Senior Director, Specialty Compliance & Ethics - Product Regulatory Compliance leads the company's retail product safety and regulatory compliance testing and standards program, ensuring robust implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, testing protocols, and controls that support compliance across all non-food categories. The position drives subject matter expertise, harmonizes product compliance processes and testing standards, and ensures the organization is prepared for evolving regulatory requirements and market expansion. This position is ideal for an associate who is strategic, and has deep product regulatory expertise, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.

The Specialty Compliance and Ethics team leads the development and execution of strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders, the team monitors compliance risks, updates policies, and implements training programs. They align compliance initiatives with business objectives while promoting integrity and accountability. By leveraging industry best practices and continuous improvement, the team supports effective risk management and fosters transparent communication across the organization to uphold Walmart's commitment to lawful and ethical operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
