    The Opportunity

    Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Senior Director of SiOP to lead our global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning function. This role chairs executive SiOP meetings with C-Suite and cross-functional leaders, oversees mid- to long-term demand and supply planning, and drives a closed-loop monthly SiOP process that translates executive decisions into action. The ideal candidate brings deep supply chain expertise, strong financial acumen, and the executive presence to lead a globally distributed, matrixed organization.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead the SiOP and Supply Chain Systems teams across demand, inventory, supply, demand-supply balancing, and financial planning

    • Chair the global Executive SiOP process; facilitate alignment across Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

    • Integrate analytics and scenario planning from cross-functional inputs to support revenue target development

    • Collaborate with S&OE and Operations teams to generate and maintain an executable supply plan

    • Oversee short-term wafer and supply planning alongside mid- to long-term (up to 5-year) horizon planning

    • Lead supply chain strategy, systems enhancement, and technology deployment initiatives in partnership with the CIO

    • Drive Product Lifecycle initiatives to optimize inventory and minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O)

    • Define and maintain SiOP calendars and cadence for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles

    • Develop insightful metrics and scorecards that translate data into actionable business decisions

    • Monitor risks and opportunities across the planning horizon and drive proactive mitigation

    • Lead supply chain integration activities for acquisitions and business integrations

    • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and technology adoption within the Supply Chain organization

    What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

    • 15+ years of experience in operations management or planning, with required SiOP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience; semiconductor industry experience preferred

    • Proven track record leading cross-functional, matrixed global organizations through transformation and rapid growth

    • Strong financial acumen and executive presence with the ability to present and influence at the C-Suite level

    • Proficiency with enterprise systems: ERP (SAP/Oracle), MRP II (SAP IBP/Kinaxis Rapid Response), and demand planning tools

    • Experience with business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs

    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear executive-level insights

    • Policy deployment and strategic planning experience
