Position Summary:
The Sr. Director, RGM - Category Strategy is responsible for leading the end-to-end Revenue Growth Management strategy for a defined portfolio of brands and categories, ensuring delivery of sustainable revenue, mix, and margin growth.
This role owns the development of pricing, pack-price architecture (PPA), portfolio strategy, and promotional guardrails, connecting brand strategy with commercial execution. The leader defines both short-term actions and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with AOP, financial targets, and enterprise priorities.
As a key member of the RGM leadership team, this role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Planning to ensure strategies are grounded in consumer needs, channel dynamics, and value creation opportunities.
