An overview of this role
As Senior Director, Revenue Analytics, youll lead a high-performing team of analytics professionals and own the strategic vision and execution for sales and customer experience data and analytics across GitLab. Youll serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, using data to shape GitLabs go-to-market strategy, customer experience, and revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. Youll partner closely with Sales Strategy, Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Data & Analytics to deliver insights that drive business outcomes.

About the team
The Revenue Analytics team are full-stack analytics business partners who work with stakeholders to turn data into clear insights that help leaders make informed decisions. Members of this team are able to take questions and needs from leadership and create solutions based on analytic engineering, understanding data structure best practices, business intelligence and data visualization work, ad hoc analytics, project management, and AI implementation. They work to define the best solutions by providing the right data in the right format at the right time in a platform agnostic manner. In this role, youll shape how we operate, develop our capabilities, and ensure our work supports measurable business outcomes.
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the roles base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.
