Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and

fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that

connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are

invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

EA SPORTS is one of the leading sports entertainment brands in the world, with top-

selling videogame franchises, award-winning interactive technology, fan programs, and

cross-platform digital experiences. EA SPORTS creates connected experiences that

ignite the emotion of sport through industry-leading sports video games, including

Madden NFL and College Football , FC soccer, NHL hockey, and EA SPORTS

    UFC .

    About the Role:

As the Sr. Director of Product Management, you are the primary execution partner to

the Sr. Director of the EA SPORTS Network and Strategic Growth, serving as the

central production engine of the EA SPORTS Network. Within this team, the Product

Management function encompasses both strategic product definition and end-to-end

program execution. You will lead the operational delivery of the platform capabilities that

connect millions of players across EA SPORTS experiences.

The mandate of this role is to take the high-level ecosystem vision, corporate mandates,

and strategic pillars established by EA SPORTS Leadership and translate them into

shipped, high-performance network capabilities. You will own the tactical roadmaps,

manage complex program dependencies, lead the cross-network "train schedule" for

releases, and work directly with studio-embedded and central product and engineering

teams to ensure seamless platform integration across the EA SPORTS portfolio.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Production & Execution Leadership

End-to-End Delivery: Serve as the central delivery lead for the Network. Architect

and execute the operational release schedules, track milestones, and manage

critical paths to ship cross-network capabilities.

Lead Production Quality and Priority: Drive the production quality of network

workstreams, priority within those production workstreams, and partner with

operations to track processes needed to build and scale platform services

    without administrative overhead.

Resolve Tactical Roadblocks: Proactively identify and mitigate technical, and

dependency risks across the ecosystem to ensure integrations remain on track.

    Product Translation & Roadmap Management

Translate Strategy to Roadmaps: Take the Networks strategy and ecosystem

vision (e.g., "Unified Personalization") and deconstruct it into a prioritized 3-year

technical capability roadmap and a concrete product backlog.

Define Connected Capabilities: Author detailed product specifications, schema

requirements, and feature criteria for core services such as unified player

identity, deep profiles, cross-game loyalty loops, and companion web/mobile

    portals.

Balance Short and Long Term: Prioritize the development backlog to balance

high-value, near-term pilot features (MVPs) with the long-term technical scale of

    the core platform.

    Studio-Level Integration & Matrix Collaboration

Lead Tactical Integration: Work directly with studio-embedded product managers,

lead producers, and tech directors to schedule and execute the integration of

Network SDKs into their active game-build pipelines.

Manage Integration Friction: Build trust and alignment with game teams by acting

as their direct operational support partner, minimizing developer friction and

    resolving day-to-day implementation issues.

Tactical Escalation: Resolve standard integration disputes and resource

constraints directly with studio execution teams. Escalate structural or systemic

resistance to Network Leadership for executive alignment.

Business Planning, Metrics, & Milestone Support

Build Financial Business Cases: Translate high-level network concepts into

analytical business cases and financial models, projecting engagement,

retention, player lifetime value (LTV), and network ROI.

Author Milestone Funding Proposals: Develop the quantitative reports and

milestone-completion proofs required by Network Leadership to secure and

unlock successive waves of corporate funding.

    First-Year Performance Milestones:

First 30 Days: Map the technical architecture of the network services, establish

operational touchpoints with embedded studio product teams, and assume

    control of active delivery pipelines.

First 60 Days: Deliver the operational framework, detailing how the Product team

will run sprints, manage cross-studio dependencies, and publish SDK release

    schedules.

First 90 Days: Finalize the prioritized 3-year technical capability roadmap based

on the EA SPORTS Network core strategic pillars, securing technical

commitment from the first two pilot franchises.

First Year: Successfully deliver and launch the initial pilot network capabilities

across target franchises on schedule, establishing the execution template for full

    portfolio integration.

    Qualifications & Ideal Profile:

12+ years of leadership experience in Product Management, Technical

Program/Project Management, or Live-Service Delivery (e.g., Executive Producer

or GM) within digital platforms, gaming portals, or connected consumer web

    ecosystems.

The "Product-As-Producer" Skillset: A proven history of combining high-level

product strategy (the "what") with rigorous operational and delivery execution

    (the "how" and "when").

Ecosystem & Portal Expertise: Experience defining and operationally delivering

multi-product networks, casual game portals, loyalty programs, or digital

communities (direct experience running highly connected ecosystems is a plus).

Expert matrixed organizational Navigation: A deep pre-existing understanding of

matrixed organizational structures, and culture, enabling immediate alignment

    and execution without learning curves.

Collaborative Influencer: Exceptional ability to build working partnerships and

drive complex cross-functional integration schedules through negotiation, trust,

    and shared value.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent

    practical experience
