Description
The Senior Director works within the Financial and Analytics (FAA) team and closely with the Pharmacy Consulting Practice within Health and Benefits. As a Pharmacy Senior Director, you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving design, financing and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs. Your client assignments will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace of one of the world's leading HR consulting firms and have the ability to contribute to the evolution of pharmacy and broader health care delivery in North America.
The ideal candidate brings influence and strategic thinking to address unique client needs in the pharmacy space and to more broadly evolve our practice. You will collaborate with a strong team of highly experienced consultants within the pharmacy practice as well as engage in cross-functional activities with other health and benefits colleagues and subject matter experts who together deliver unparalleled value to our clients and the broader pharmacy community.
The Role
As a Financial Senior Director specializing in pharmacy, you will help a diverse group of clients navigate the pharmacy landscape, helping them understand find their best path in a rapidly changing environment through your work analyzing the financial impacts of different options.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Qualifications
10+ years' experience and success in the design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans gained in a consulting, brokerage, pharmacy benefit manager or carrier environment
Strong financial skills; prior experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation work preferred
Bachelor's degree required, preferably with significant quantitative coursework
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills
Well organized and detail oriented
Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues
Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a team
Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of the latest developments in pharmacy and broader health and benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $ 160,000.00 - $180, 000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
