Careers at Cummings
Senior Director of Senior Living - Cummings Foundation
Woburn and Marlborough, Massachusetts
Cummings Foundation seeks an accomplished senior living professional to provide senior-level leadership, oversight, and guidance for its two New Horizons communities. New Horizons at Choate, in Woburn, and New Horizons at Marlborough together serve more than 500 residents through independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Both communities have strong reputations for high-quality living that emphasizes dignity, comfort, compassion, privacy, and-as much as possible-independence. Cummings Foundation, one of the largest private foundations in New England, owns and operates them, providing uncommon organizational and financial stability.
Each community is led by an experienced executive director responsible for day-to-day operations. The senior director of senior living will work at the organizational level, providing guidance and support to the executive directors and serving as a senior resource on regulatory, operational, risk-management, and other complex matters.
This is an opportunity for an experienced senior living leader to have a meaningful impact across two well-established communities while working within the unusual organizational and financial stability of Cummings Foundation.
