    What you will be doing:<\/span>

    The Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations is a key leader responsible for ensuring that the company delivers high -quality, patient -centered home infusion therapy services including specialty drugs, maintains regulatory compliance, ensures accreditation requirements, and achieves financial performance targets.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including pharmacy, TPN, specialty drugs, procurement, intake, and delivery services to ensure efficient workflows and quality service.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, drug contracting strategies based on CMS and commercial fee schedules, and implement cost control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the FDA, CMS, and accreditation bodies.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Quality Assurance: Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction, and drive clinical excellence in all aspects of home infusion therapy.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high -performing pharmacy team; cultivate a positive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and professional growth.<\/span>

    • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary spokesperson for the pharmacy, communicating with the Executive Team, Health Plan partners and key stakeholders.<\/span>
