Salary: $90,000$105,000 DOE
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for a well-established public-sector organization in Tulsa. This executive role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, grant administration, compliance, financial planning, and accounting operations while partnering with leadership to ensure long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and long-term financial planning.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee grant management and compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, governmental accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Direct accounting, finance, payroll, billing, and grants functions.
- Partner with executive leadership to support organizational goals.
- Improve financial systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Present financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership and governing boards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- CPA or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) required.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Governmental, nonprofit, or public-sector accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting, budgeting, grant compliance, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing complex budgets and grant portfolios.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
