    Description

    Title: Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications
    Location: Fort Worth, TX

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP and other mission-critical business systems.
    • Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy while driving operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
    • Provide strategic oversight of the enterprise applications portfolio, including ERP, PLM, CRM, HRIS, MES, and other business-critical platforms.
    • Guide the integration and consolidation of ERP and enterprise applications to create a scalable, standardized, and efficient technology ecosystem across the organization.
    • Drive the successful delivery and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications to improve performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
    • Build and develop high-performing teams while managing vendors, budgets, and technology investments.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business performance and accelerate innovation.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 15+ years of IT leadership experience.
    • Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Experience leading Enterprise Applications within a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience leading teams, budgets, and strategic technology initiatives.
    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    Compensation:
    • $220K–$250K base + bonus (DOE)
