Job Summary: The Senior Director of Banish Product oversees the vision, strategy, and execution for our flagship suppressor line: BANISH. This individual will play a critical role in advancing product innovation, improving performance, driving customer satisfaction, and growing market share within the suppressor and broader firearms accessories market. You will collaborate across product development, engineering, marketing, compliance, and sales teams to ensure the BANISH brand continues to set the standard for quality, performance, and innovation. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions: - Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management and engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality, innovative products on time and within budget.
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Drive product lifecycle management from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
