Our MDP Compensation & Equity programs include bonus plans, deferred compensation and partnership equity. Senior Directors are responsible for leading, developing and maintaining these programs in the markets they oversee. You will develop a deep understanding of local market requirements, including relevant tax and legal considerations, and how these interact with BCG's global partnership structure. You will assess risk and suitability and adapt programs as market and regulatory environments evolve.
Senior Directors also oversee broader aspects of the MDP career lifecycle, including international mobility, external MDP hiring and departures from the BCG partnership, and contribute to high-impact global projects related to the evolution of the partnership.
