The Senior Director, Marketing oversees our company's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. The responsibilities for this role include developing and executing marketing plans to achieve corporate strategies; approving, launching, and managing campaigns; and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns are most effective Work with both the sales and events departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing clients Collaborate with leaders to make high-level decisions regarding the direction of the company Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product and service Develop marketing strategies for new products, services, and partnerships Oversight of Marketing budget reconciliation and management Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services in the market Identify and retain third party contractors to implement marketing strategies Identify, hire and manage members of the Marketing Team. |
