Your Role at Delta Faucet
Delta Faucet Company (DFC) is seeking a Senior Director, Manufacturing to lead multiple manufacturing sites, including DFC-owned facilities and select third-party manufacturing partners. This role is accountable for driving manufacturing strategy and performance across assigned sites, delivering step-change improvements in cost, productivity, safety, and quality. The Senior Director leads operational and capability transformation within their scope by advancing automation, digital manufacturing, and AI-enabled tools, while developing future-ready operating models and workforce capabilities aligned to enterprise standards.
Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, this leader delivers results through site leadership while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, PMO, and Supply Chain Services, and influences broader enterprise decisions to ensure manufacturing objectives are aligned with business priorities.
Travel: 50%+ domestic and international.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance across a diverse, domestic manufacturing footprint, encompassing multiple U.S.-based production sites.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned to enterprise objectives; translate strategy into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
- Lead business-unit transformation, including Lean, continuous improvement, automation, analytics, digital manufacturing, and global standardization.
- Foster a future-ready manufacturing culture by driving adoption of data, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support, and partnering with HR to upskill leaders and frontline teams for new ways of working.
- Own network-level cost and productivity performance using data-driven management systems, standard work, and rigorous problem solving.
- Set the safety and quality standard across the network, ensuring consistent systems, compliance, and partner performance to DFC expectations.
- Build and develop high-performing manufacturing leaders; partner with HR to strengthen engagement, retention, and succession across the network.
- Support M&A activity by providing manufacturing due diligence, capacity and cost assessments, and integration planning input.
Lead manufacturing integration efforts post-acquisition, including operating model alignment, system and process standardization, talent integration, and delivery of deal value commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience; high complexity, multi-site responsibility strongly preferred.
- Proven success developing and leading Lean-based enterprise transformation with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and capital strategy/investment decisions.
- Distribution and/or fulfillment leadership experience preferred.
- Experience supporting M&A activity, including manufacturing due diligence, integration planning, and execution across acquired or divested operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results during complex integrations and enterprise change.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve manufacturing decision-making, performance, and workforce effectiveness, including leading upskilling or change adoption across teams.
