Shift/Hours: Full-Time Hybrid Model - Monday and Friday are remote and Tuesday to Thursday are in office.
Requirements:- Master's or Doctoral degree in Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of chemical industry, scientific research, or related government experience.
- Strong background in interpreting complex scientific data and applying findings to chemical safety and policy initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with international research organizations, government agencies, academia, and industry stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-range scientific research strategies.
- Experience managing scientific research programs, budgets, contracts, and external consultants.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present scientific findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting regulatory or policy decision-making through scientific research is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
