The Senior Director, Investor Relations is responsible for executing the Company's investor relations strategy and serves as a strategic partner to Treasury and executive leadership, translating the Company's financial performance, strategic priorities, and long-term value creation strategy into clear and consistent external communications. This role is critical in developing a clear, consistent, and compelling investment narrative that effectively articulates the Company's financial performance, strategic priorities, capital allocation philosophy, and long-term growth objectives to investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders. The Director provides actionable market intelligence, investor feedback, peer benchmarking, and industry insights to inform executive decision-making and support the Company's strategic and financial objectives. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, the role helps assess market sentiment, anticipate investor concerns, and identify emerging trends that may influence the Company's valuation, access to capital, or reputation in the financial markets. Working closely with Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, Legal, Operations and Marketing, the Director ensures consistency, accuracy, and transparency across all external financial communications. The role is responsible for supporting earnings preparation and communication, investor presentations, and ongoing engagement with the investment community, while helping maintain the Company's credibility and reputation with shareholders and the broader financial markets.

Targeted Compensation: $230,000 – $260,000 base salary + annual bonus plan
