    Summary:

    As a key member of the Commercial Team, the Global Account Management Senior Director will be responsible for customer growth and retention. This includes developing and strengthening the customer's relationships, defining, and developing the strategic customer account strategy, and driving a unified customer strategy across Benchmark globally for Benchmark's strategic and growth customers. The Senior Director of Global Account Management will be Benchmark's point of contact for customer satisfaction, customer health, financial performance, VOC, and customer escalation as required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own customer executive relationships as well as deep multi-level and multi-functional relationships at customer locations.
    • The Global Account Management Director understands key customer stakeholders and influencers and develops strategies to ensure effective relationships are in place for the partnership.
    • Determine key stakeholders and influencers for customer account sustainment and growth.
    • Orchestrates and develops customer account strategy to include strategic and technology roadmaps by working with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure business growth and alignment with technology roadmaps, to deliver on overall account objectives and key customer initiatives.
    • Be the customer advocate and VOC on a strategic level to the internal organization serving as an escalation point, providing customer perception, strive towards customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and improve overall health of the customer relationship.
    • Understanding the customer's business model and translating customer roadmap to Benchmark strategies
    • Coordinate with sector leadership, site leadership globally, and corporate legal on the administration and negotiation process for contracts with customer, include Supply Agreements, Amendments/Addendums, and NDAs.
    • Monitor sector/customer P&L targets and ensure customer contract terms are met.
    • Participate in site level Customer Quarterly Business Reviews.
    • Orchestrate Executive Business Reviews.

    Skills

    • Solid experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Global Account Manager strongly preferred.
    • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
    • Should demonstrate solid financial acumen.
    • Documented track record of success and overachievement.
    • Previous experience as a manager of a team or geographic area.
    • Excellent communication and professional demeanor, working alongside business executives, both internally and externally.

    Qualifications

    +5 years direct experience

    +8 Years minimum leadership experience

    Education: Requirement of a bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or business; MBA is preferred.

    Work Schedule: M-F 0800-1700
