    Join a dedicated Central Finance team that leads enterprise-wide financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to develop financial models, manage risk controls, and enhance reporting transparency.     What you'll do:

    • Lead the development and communication of long-term strategic financial plans aligned with corporate goals.
    • Collaborate with leadership to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide risk assessments.
    • Oversee financial controls and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
    • Direct the consolidation and review of global financial statements and variance analysis.
    • Provide strategic financial insights through complex modeling and executive presentations.
    • Drive business strategy by evaluating costs, forecasts, and operational processes.
    • Foster talent development, succession planning, and a culture of integrity and accountability.

    • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic planning within complex organizations.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior management.
    • Strong expertise in risk management and control structures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
    • Ability to develop and communicate actionable financial insights supporting business decisions and long-term goals.
    • Demonstrated success in managing global financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
