Key Responsibilities for the Senior Director, Facilities Services:

• Lead facilities services operations and maintenance strategy across multiple markets and locations.
• 
  
• Develop asset management and lifecycle programs that improve restaurant readiness, equipment reliability, and operational uptime.
• 
  
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• 
  
• Optimize staffing structures, vendor partnerships, and service delivery models to improve performance and efficiency.
•

• Lead a distributed field organization through a team of senior managers, creating accountability and driving business results.

Qualifications for the Senior Director, Facilities Services:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of facilities, maintenance, or asset management leadership experience.
• 
  
• Proven success leading multi-site facilities or maintenance operations in large companies, multi-state environments.
• 
  
• Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, financial planning, budgeting, and capital investment strategies.
• 
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive large-scale operational improvements.
