Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Facilities and Real Estate to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all real estate, construction, and facilities management activities across V2X. This role drives enterprise-wide portfolio strategy, capital planning, and facilities operations while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, this position leads a team of facilities professionals and manages cross-functional relationships to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations across V2X's owned and managed properties.

What We Bring
The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $220,000-$250,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
